       Today we are able to communicate, access information, entertainment, banking, shopping and many other things on the Internet. So, what else is on the Internet? Crimes, criminals, scammers, abusers, cyberbullies, harassers, exhibitions... As technology develops rapidly, what happens on this invisible, dark side of the virtual realm continues to grow.

"The best thing a person can give a person is trust. "Searching for trust on the Internet is often like looking for water in the desert. We do not deny the conveniences and opportunities that the Internet offers to humanity, and but when an account is made between what the Internet brings to us and what it takes away from us, we can more clearly understand how important "Internet Security", "Conscious Use of the Internet", "Ethical Use of the Internet", "Internet Rights-Law and Responsibilities" are.

Things that are done on the Internet without knowing, without calculating the beginning and end, are often damaged. It can be said that the path to consciousness is; it's about learning, thinking, questioning and being aware.

• Can we also question ourselves and the situations we are in when using Internet technologies?
• Do we know what the effects of our behavior on the Internet will be on ourselves, our family and other users?
• Are we abusing the Internet in the context of correct and moral behavior?

It will be guiding to think about the answers to all these questions at the point of conscious internet use.

• Families should be informed about conscious internet use.
• Awareness raising activities should be carried out with parents in all schools throughout Turkey.
• Likewise, universities should develop projects in this regard.

Those who say "Freedom to the Internet" should also prioritize the concept of "Respect on the Internet". These concepts; If human rights-respecting lawsuits are exhibited on the internet, meaning is etched.

It would be unlawful to allow criminally sanctioned crimes to be committed in the virtual world when committed in real life. Conscious use of the internet is a condition that brings with it internet security. Of course, antivirus and firewall programs should be used for security, but this will not provide 100% security. The solution at this point should be: Secure Internet Service, Antivirus, Firewall and Conscious Internet Use.
